YGMA Mandate
The Yukon Gold Mining Alliance (YGMA) is a marketing consortium of qualified Yukon exploration, development & mining companies committed to increasing awareness of the Yukon and member companies in the capital market.

OBJECTIVES
To promote, as a brand, established qualified companies in the Yukon engaged in activities including advanced exploration, mine development, production and reclamation with known gold, silver and copper resources and significant project expenditure in the Yukon

To collectively identify a group of established companies committed to mineral exploration and development in the Yukon.

To collaborate and work together to strengthen investment in the Yukon and Alliance companies.

To promote both the Yukon and Alliance companies and compliment the promotion and marketing that is already being carried out by the individual companies and by the Yukon Government, sharing resources where possible.

CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP
Any company with established 43-101 resources or any company who has engaged in meaningful exploration in the Yukon for any 5 of the preceding 7 year period. The alliance focus is on metals including gold, silver and copper.

43-101 resource must be located within the Yukon or situated in a location that would have significant impact on the Yukon.

Companies must adopt and adhere to a corporate sustainability policy including community relations, environmental responsibility and labour relations.
